Shipping Charges:
We offer a flat shipping rate of Rs. 250/- nationwide for all orders. However, enjoy FREE delivery for orders exceeding Rs. 2000/-. It’s important to note that free delivery covers up to 3KG only. For each additional kilogram, a charge of Rs. 250 will apply.

Shipment Tracking:
Upon shipping your order, you will receive a ‘Tracking Button’ via email as part of the Shipping Confirmation. Utilize this button to monitor your shipment’s progress until it reaches your doorstep.

Order Processing and Dispatch:
Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. On Sundays and Pakistan’s National Holidays, orders will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Time:
The delivery time nationwide ranges from 3 to 5 working days, excluding Sundays and National Holidays. For our valued customers in Karachi, the delivery time is expedited, taking only 1-2 working days.
Advance Payment for High-Value Orders:
For orders surpassing the value of Rs. 6,000, an advance payment is required. Upon order confirmation, our team will contact you to provide payment information, and the account details will be communicated at that time.

To facilitate Returns or Exchanges for your purchases, provided that the returned goods are in their original, undamaged condition, and still in their original packaging with tags (if any). Please initiate the return within 3 days of receiving your order.

To ensure a smooth return process, kindly include a copy of the invoice and state the reason for returning the items. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise through a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered post, at their own expense to our designated address. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.
